Rasmussen earns e-PRO status at Colorado Group
Joy Rasmussen, broker/owner of Colorado Group Realty, has successfully completed the Realtor e-PRO course to become one of a few real estate professionals to earn the National Association of Realtors certification.
The certification course is an interactive educational program. It is designed to provide real estate professionals with the technology tools needed to assist consumers.
“The real estate industry has undergone a fundamental change over the past several years,” Rasmussen said. “In today’s information superhighway, people love to research the Internet prior to contacting an agent. This trend involves both social networking and interactive Web searches. They’re immersed in Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, Realtor.com, looking for testimonials online and using Trulia and every blog site available to them to get true, real-life stories on the excitement of buying or selling a home. I found that in order to stay on top of my game, I wanted to be recognized as an expert in these areas.”
