A free riverboard surf competition is at noon at Charlie’s Hole behind Bud Werner Memorial Library. The raft race is at noon starting at Fetcher Park and costs $10 per person. The crazy river dog competition is at 1 p.m. at the D-Hole (adjacent to the Depot Art Center, 1001 13th St.) and costs $15.
