12:38 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a noise complaint in the first block of Anglers Drive where loud music reportedly was being played for hours.

8:16 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report that three horses were wandering in a backyard in the 40000 block of Anchor Way.

10:27 a.m. Police were called to a stop sign knocked down at Fish Creek Falls Road and Tamarack Drive. The case was referred to Steamboat Springs Public Works Department.

12:25 p.m. Oak Creek Fire Rescue emergency responders and deputies were called to a request for an ambulance in Oak Creek.

1:31 p.m. Deputies and Hayden Police Department officers were called to a report of a car driving through a meadow in the 40000 block of Routt County Road 76 A.

2:03 p.m. Police were called to a report of a suspicious incident at Boulder Ridge. No more information was available.

5:39 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a possibly drunken driver near mile marker 123 on U.S. Highway 40, near Milner.

5:53 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a car crash on Routt County Road 80, north of Hayden, where a 41-year-old Hayden woman was ejected from her SUV in a crash. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene, and an autopsy is planned. Nobody else was in the car at the time of the crash.

9:09 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a possibly drunken driver near mile marker 63 on Colorado Highway 131.

Come on people.

..... Just sayin' because I live in the neighborhood, and that is very far from a good reason to call the police. People are just bored, I guess.

Hey, its better than reporting a break-in or something i guess!

The people who call and cause the Police/Sheriff/Fire department to respond with a patrol car for this kind of nonsense should be made to pay the wages for the time of the officers and dispatchers involved . A fine should be levied on them also! Then maybe these busy bodies would learn to mind their own business and keep their gossip confined to their little circle of nosey friends.
