Steamboat baseball starts season slow

Steamboat Springs The Steamboat Springs High School boys baseball team had a rough weekend, falling Saturday at Cedaredge, 11-0.
Cedaredge scored four in the first, but it really put the game away in the fourth inning with seven runs.
The team returns to action March 27 with a doubleheader at Glenwood Springs.
The team also lost Friday against Resurrection Christian, 8-2. Steamboat scored twice in the sixth to cut into a 3-0 Resurrection lead, but it couldn’t rally to take the lead. The Sailors gave up five more runs in the final two innings.

This articled failed to mention the 13-0 WIN for Sailor Baseball in Friday's 1st game!
