12:54 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a front office motion alarm at the Steamboat Springs Animal Shelter. Everything was fine, and officers determined that a cat in the lobby had set off the alarm.

6:01 a.m. Colorado Division of Wildlife officers were called to a report of a bear in the 2400 block of Après Ski Way.

8:07 a.m. Police were called to a report of a father who reportedly hit his daughter’s arm while at a restaurant Sunday.

8:58 a.m. Police were called to a report of vandalism to a door at a public bathroom in the 1300 block of Lincoln Avenue.

9:37 a.m. Police were called to a report of vandalism in the 700 block of Yampa Street where somebody reportedly threw flowerpots.

10:10 a.m. Police were called to Dream Island Plaza where a person trying to buy a gun was turned down after a background check.

11 a.m. Police were called to a report of a car crash at 12th Street and Lincoln Avenue.

12:55 p.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a person near Clark getting phone calls from a person in prison in Denver, in violation of a restraining order.

3:06 p.m. Police were called to a noise complaint in the 1300 block of Athens Plaza, where about 13 people reportedly were in a pool and being loud. Officers gave them a warning.

3:42 p.m. Police were called to a report of a theft of prescription drugs from Yampa Valley Medical Center.

5:15 p.m. Deputies arrested a 51-year-old Steamboat Springs man on a warrant for larceny in the 38000 block of Routt County Road 179.

5:29 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a burglary alarm in the 59000 block of C.R. 129 near Clark.

5:35 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a person getting harassing calls in Hayden.

6:19 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue emergency responders and police were called to a request for an ambulance in the Steamboat area. A 40-year-old man reportedly passed out but regained consciousness. Medical crews took the man to Yampa Valley Medical Center.

6:28 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue and police were called to a request for an ambulance downtown where a 60-year-old man reportedly fell off his bicycle. Medical crews took him to YVMC.

7:07 p.m. Police arrested a 46-year-old Steamboat man in the 300 block of Ore House Plaza on a warrant for failure to appear for charges of driving under the influence.

8:19 p.m. Police were called to check on an 8-year-old boy who was apparently without supervision in the 600 block of Tamarack Drive. Police talked to the boy and the caller, and everything was fine.

8:23 p.m. Police were called to a report of some marijuana and paraphernalia found on a Steamboat Springs Transit bus.

8:42 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a man and woman arguing in the 24000 block of C.R. 56 near Clark. The man was gone when deputies arrived.

9:03 p.m. Police were called to a noise complaint in the 2700 block of South Lincoln Avenue where about 50 people were reportedly at a cabin. Officers talked to the people and gave a person a ticket, but no more information was available.

9:17 p.m. Police were called to a report of a young woman in a swimsuit running down Fish Creek Falls Road. Officers talked to the woman and determined she had been in an argument with her boyfriend. Officers gave her a ride home.

9:25 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue and police were called to a request for an ambulance in the Steamboat. Medical crews took a woman to YVMC.
