5:54 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of horses on the railroad near Phippsburg, and deputies worked to find the owner.

7:31 a.m. Police were called to a report of a cold trespass in the 2300 block of Glacier Ridge. A property owner said a construction company had crossed her property and caused damage. Construction workers said the area was an easement. There were no property lines to immediately determine who was right, and officers told the property owner it was a civil matter.

7:36 a.m. Deputies arrested a Steamboat Springs man on a warrant for driving under the influence.

8:42 a.m. Police were called to a cold report of a suspicious incident in the 1300 block of Sparta Plaza. A man reported that he heard somebody trying to open a sliding window at his home the night before. He reported seeing two intoxicated people walking away and reported it in the morning in case there were burglaries in the area. There were no other reports.

11:54 a.m. Police were called to a report of a two-car, noninjury crash in the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue. Officers issued a ticket.

2:14 p.m. Police were called to a report of a cat stolen in the first block of Anglers Drive. Two people disagreed about who owned the cat, and officers told them it was a civil matter.

2:40 p.m. Police were called to a report of a wallet found on Tamarack Drive near Fish Creek Falls Road. The wallet was returned to its owner later in the day.

4:05 p.m. Police were again called to the 2300 block of Glacier Ridge regarding the trespass reported earlier.

4:12 a.m. Police were called to a complaint about a truck driving in a careless manner at Dream Island Plaza and Lincoln Avenue. Officers gave the driver a warning.

4:47 p.m. Police were called to a report of a disturbance at a pool in the 1300 block of Athens Plaza. Two women using the pool reportedly got into an argument with a pool cleaner. Everyone was gone when officers arrived.

5:33 p.m. Police were called to a report of a two-car, noninjury crash near Lincoln Avenue and 13th Street. Officers issued a ticket.

7:02 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue and police were called to a request for an ambulance for a woman who fell in the 1700 block of Brome Drive. The woman declined ambulance service.

7:04 p.m. Police were called to a report of people trespassing at a pool in the 1300 block of Eagle Glen Drive. The people reportedly were arguing with the caller about the pool. Officers talked to everybody involved and gave the pool users a trespass warning.

7:19 p.m. Police were called to a noise complaint about a man using a power washer in the 900 block of Falling Water Lane. Officers told the man that the noise ordinance for construction noise begins at 7 p.m., and he shut it down.

7:44 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a car passing illegally near mile marker 53 on Colorado Highway 131.

7:49 p.m. Police were called to check on dogs tied up in the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue. Officers found that the dogs had food and water and were fine.

8:11 p.m. Hayden Police Department officers were called to a report of a juvenile situation in Hayden.

8:30 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a woman driving erratically in the Oak Creek area.

11:24 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a disturbance in the Yampa area. Deputies arrested a 23-year-old Yampa man on suspicion of harassment.

11:49 p.m. Police were called to a report of a suspicious car on Boulder Ridge Road.
