— Oak Creek residents and businesses will be without power for about 15 minutes beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday and again at about 1 p.m. Wednesday for scheduled line work. Town Clerk Karen Halterman said today that crews will be working on a transmission line between Kremmling and Oak Creek. The town will switch over to generator power for about 24 hours, Halterman said. The brief blackout will take place as the power sources are switched.

Nothing like advance notice. When was this known and why wasn't it mentioned until the afternoon prior to the event?

Because how many people were at the Town meeting (15?) vs how many customers use OC electricity (600?). Announcing it a the town meeting is hardly a general announcement and so 90% or so of customers had a power outage and only afterward learned that it was scheduled.
