12:04 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a fight in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive, where a man at a bar reportedly grabbed a manager several times. The manager and the man struggled as the manager attempted to kick the man out of the bar. Officers arrested the 28-year-old Steamboat Springs man, who reportedly had been drinking, on suspicion of disorderly conduct and harassment.

4:37 a.m. Police were called to a report of a drunken driver in the 1800 block of Kamar Plaza. A clerk reported that a couple had walked into the store and smelled of alcohol. Officers could not find the car.

8:53 a.m. Deputies and Hayden Police Department officers were called to a report of a restraining order violation in Hayden.

10:45 a.m. Police were called to a report of a juvenile situation in Steamboat Springs. Officers helped Routt County Department of Human Services workers with an investigation.

10:54 a.m. Police were called to a noise complaint in the 1300 block of Sparta Plaza, where people reported that an upstairs neighbor was stomping around, and the caller suspected that it was intentional. Officers talked to the people involved.

11:21 a.m. Police investigated a person who had been rejected from buying a gun in Dream Island Plaza.

12:29 p.m. Police were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the first block of Arapahoe Lane, where a person reportedly was walking door to door selling hand sanitizer. Officers got a similar call from another location later in the day but did not talk to the seller.

12:57 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of harassment in Steamboat II.

1:48 p.m. Deputies were called to a car that rolled near Routt County Road 53. There were no injuries.

4:40 p.m. Police were called to a cold report of theft in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle where skis valued at $700 reportedly were taken Saturday.

5:46 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue and police were called to a request for an ambulance in the 500 block of Rollingstone Drive. Medical crews took a 90-year-old man who was having difficulty breathing to Yampa Valley Medical Center.

7:26 p.m. Oak Creek Police Department officers were called to a report of theft in the 200 block of North Sharp Avenue in Oak Creek.

8 p.m. Police were called to a report of an apparently drunken hitchhiker near a bus stop in the 300 block of South Lincoln Avenue. The man reportedly was holding two helium balloons and wearing a work jacket and stepped in front of cars. The man was gone when officers arrived.

9:50 p.m. Police were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 3300 block of Après Ski Way. A woman reported that her upstairs neighbors had started drilling holes through their floor into her living room, bedroom and kitchen area to spy on her. She reported that the people were also “getting heroin into her system via these portals.” She told police a maintenance man had sealed the portals once but they had returned. Officers checked the house and determined that the report was unfounded.

So...your upstairs neighbors are sending heroin down into your domicile via holes they had drilled in their floor/your ceiling? Have we got that right? Is that your final answer? It's 10:30 in the morning and I'm really the first person to comment on this? Really?
