12:54 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers arrested a 29-year-old Steamboat Springs woman on suspicion of driving under the influence after a traffic stop in the first block of Seventh Street.

12:59 a.m. Police were called to a request for help in the 1300 block of Sparta Plaza, where a man reported that he recently had moved in with his sister, but after a disagreement, his sister kicked him out of the home. Officers tried to get a LIFT-UP of Routt County housing voucher, but no rooms were available. The man had business to conduct in Central Park Plaza in the morning, so officers took him there to wait until the business opened.

1:58 a.m. Police arrested a 23-year-old Steamboat man on suspicion of driving while ability impaired, failure to dim lights and failure to drive in a single lane after a traffic stop at 11th Street and Lincoln Avenue.

6:12 a.m. Police were called to a report of harassment in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue, where the woman from the call at 12:59 a.m. reported that her brother was harassing her by phone.

12:59 p.m. Police were called to a request for an officer at Cascade Drive and Whistler Road where a woman reportedly was standing in the street holding a pair of scissors. Officers said the woman had been in a fight with her boyfriend and reportedly had poked him in the back of the neck with the scissors. The woman was injured when the boyfriend tried to get the scissors and she fell and hit her head. Both people had minor injuries, and officers arrested the 40-year-old Steamboat woman on suspicion of third-degree assault.

5:13 p.m. Police were called to a report of a theft in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle, where a $500 snowboard reportedly was stolen between 2 and 4 p.m.

5:53 p.m. Police were called to a car off the road at Tamarack Drive and Fish Creek Falls Road. Officers arrested a man on suspicion of driving under the influence.
