12:18 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers found a hit-and-run crash at Yampa and Seventh streets where a car apparently was hit overnight. Officers contacted the owner of the car and are investigating.

1:25 a.m. Police issued two men tickets for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia while on foot patrol in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive.

9:55 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of a panic alarm in the 200 block of Sharp Avenue in Oak Creek. Everything was fine.

11:24 a.m. Police were called to a complaint about a dog loose at Seventh and Pine streets. The dog was gone when officers arrived.

2:16 p.m. Police received a report of theft. The Loggers Lane Homeowners Association reported that $57,000 was stolen from the association. Officers are investigating.

5:53 p.m. Police were called to a request for an officer in the 400 block of Eighth Street where a person reported they hit a dog that was running in the road. The dog ran away, and officers took a report.

7:21 p.m. Police were called to a noise complaint in the 1300 block of Athens Plaza where a person reported that someone in the unit above her was screaming and jumping around. Officers issued a warning.

7:29 p.m. Police were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 1800 block of Kamar Plaza where a clerk reported that someone might be giving cigarettes to minors in the parking lot.

9:57 p.m. Police were called to a report of a drunken pedestrian at Lincoln Avenue and Shield Drive where a man reportedly was walking in the road. Officers found the man lying in a snow bank. Officers called for a Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue ambulance when the 28-year-old man was not initially responsive, and the man was later taken to detox.
