12:16 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of an unlocked door in the 300 block of South Grant Avenue in Oak Creek. Deputies locked the building.

3:31 a.m. Deputies and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue emergency responders were called to a request for an ambulance in the Oak Creek area. A medical alarm was triggered when a power strip became unplugged.

3:44 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a person walking around outside an apartment in the 1300 block of Athens Plaza. The caller thought it might be a prowler. Nobody was there when officers arrived.

3:58 a.m. Police were called to a report of an intoxicated man trying to get into a house in the 600 block of Grand Avenue. The man reportedly urinated on the steps of the house, and officers took him to detox.

5:48 a.m. Police were called to a report of a burglary alarm in the 1800 block of Kamar Plaza. Everything was fine when officers arrived.

6:29 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of two men walking near mile marker 95 on U.S. Highway 40. Deputies could not find the men.

8:44 a.m. Deputies were called to a complaint about an animal near Columbine on Routt County Road 129.

8:54 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of harassing phone calls near C.R. 33.

10:20 a.m. Police arrested a 33-year-old Steamboat Springs man on a warrant after a traffic stop on Steamboat Boulevard and Golf View Way. Officers also gave the man a ticket for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

10:37 a.m. West Routt Fire Protection District emergency responders and deputies were called to a report of a car off the road near C.R. 27 and Williams Lane in Hayden. There were no injuries.

10:51 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of several horses found behind the fairgrounds in Hayden.

12:41 p.m. Police were called to a request for an officer at Ninth Street and Lincoln Avenue. There was a two-car, noninjury crash, but the drivers wanted to handle it without police.

2:33 p.m. Police were called to a report of a panhandlers in Central Park Plaza. They were gone when officers arrived.

3:01 p.m. Deputies were called to a complaint about cows on the road near mile marker 127 on U.S. Highway 40.

3:24 p.m. Police were called to a report of a theft of four prescription medicine tablets in the 900 block of Central Park Drive. The medicine was valued at $80.

3:37 p.m. Police were called to a report of a two-car, noninjury crash in the 1000 block of Central Park Drive. Officers gave one person a ticket for careless driving.

5:09 p.m. Oak Creek Fire Rescue and deputies were called to a report of a fire in the 16000 block of C.R. 16 near Oak Creek. A tree was reportedly hit by lightning, and a small area around the tree burned. No structures were threatened. Oak Creek firefighters and U.S. Forest Service rangers hiked to the site Tuesday.

11:58 p.m. Police were called to a report of skateboarders on Lincoln Avenue near Old Fish Creek Falls Road. Officers advised them to stay off the road.
