Intergovernmental agreements to be signed by County Clerk and political subdivision
September 4, 2009
Last day for political subdivision participating in the November 3, Coordinated Election to certify the ballot content to the County Clerk. (No later than 60 days prior to the election)
September 18, 2009
Last day to file pro/con comments pertaining to local ballot issues with the designated election official in order to be included in the ballot issue notice
September 22, 2009
Last day to deliver ballot issue notice to County Clerk
October 5, 2009
Last day to register to Vote
