Steamboat Springs 1:01 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue emergency responders were called to a request for an ambulance in the 600 block of Pine Street, where an 82-year-old man reported problems breathing. Medical crews took the man to Yampa Valley Medical Center.
7:50 a.m. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies were called to an animal complaint in Phippsburg where a yellow lab reportedly was running loose. The dog was returned to its owner.
7:54 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of burglary alarm in the 21000 block of Colorado Highway 131 near Phippsburg. The alarm was false.
8:46 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 40000 block of Steamboat Drive where someone reportedly looked into four cars. It did not appear that anything was stolen.
9:45 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of an attempted telephone scam in Hayden. No money was lost.
9:49 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of horses on the road. They were put back in their pasture.
10:29 a.m. Police were called to a cold report of harassment in Steamboat Springs.
11:19 a.m. Police were called to a report of a cold hit-and-run crash in a parking lot at Colorado Mountain College's Alpine Campus.
11:22 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue was called to a request for an ambulance transport.
2:43 p.m. Hayden Police Department officers were called to a report of a theft at Third Street and Breeze Basin Boulevard.
3:02 p.m. Police were called to a report of a holdup alarm in the 2000 block of Curve Plaza. The alarm was set off by employee error.
3:16 p.m. Police and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue were called to a report of a fire alarm in the 600 block of Meadowbrook Circle.
3:17 p.m. Police were called to a report of a theft of a credit card in Central Park Plaza. A customer reportedly left a credit card at a business, and it was gone when the customer returned. Officers reviewed video and found the suspect, a 20-year-old man, who gave the card back. The card had not been used. Officers issued the man a summons for theft.
3:44 p.m. Police were called to a report of a two-car, noninjury crash in the parking lot at Steamboat Springs High School.
3:56 p.m. Police and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue were called to a request for an ambulance in Steamboat.
4:17 p.m. Police were called to a report of a dog at large at Crawford and Eighth streets.
6:21 p.m. Police were called to Colorado Mountain College for a report of a smoke alarm. The alarm reportedly was set off by a fog machine.
6:23 p.m. Police were called to a report of a disturbance in the 2100 block of Downhill Drive where a man reported that another man was trying to fight with him. The suspect reportedly ran away.
7:34 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of several teenagers drinking in the parking lot of Soroco High School. The teens were gone when deputies arrived.
7:52 p.m. Police were called to a report of a drunken pedestrian screaming in the 400 block of Oak Street.
8:12 p.m. Police and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue were called to a request for an ambulance in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue where a 30-year-old woman reportedly passed out. Medical crews took the woman to Yampa Valley Medical Center.
9:15 p.m. Police were called to a report of a drunken driver in the 300 block of South Lincoln Avenue. Officers arrested a 55-year-old Missouri man on suspicion of driving under the influence and DUI per se.
10:22 p.m. Police were called to a report of a motion detector alarm in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue. The alarm was triggered by a fault in the alarm system. The alarm company was called to repair the system.
11:55 p.m. Police were called to a report of a man and a woman arguing in the 700 block of Tamarack Drive. Officers mediated the situation and separated the people for the night.
