St. Martin's Parish holding coat drive in Oak Creek
The Parish of St. Martin's in Oak Creek is holding its St. Martin of Tours Winter Coat Drive. Coats, hats and gloves can be dropped off at a collection bin inside the Oak Creek Liquor Store during business hours or at Holy Name Catholic Church in Steamboat. Coats will be distributed after noon Mass on Sunday at St. Martin of Tours.
Horizons seeks volunteers to serve as mentors
Horizons Specialized Services is seeking volunteers to serve as mentors to individuals with developmental disabilities. Volunteers spend at least three hours a month with Horizons clients. Activities can include hiking, biking, bowling, swimming, fishing, walks and more. If interested, call Rebecca Hanson at 879-4466, ext. 111.
Holidays in the Rockies art market seeks vendors
The Steamboat Springs Arts Council now is accepting applications for Holidays in the Rockies, an annual holiday artisan market. The market will be 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 5 at Christian Heritage School. Booth spaces are filled on a first come, first served basis. Call 879-9008 to get an application.
