Teachers raising money to take plunge Saturday

Students and teachers at Steamboat Springs High School will be raising money this week for the Penguin Plunge. Teachers Clint Koehler and Garret Branson raised $265 last year and jumped into the water wearing dresses. This year, Koehler said the team is aiming for $500. Money will be collected at the school and at City Market.

Proceeds from the plunge go toward the purchase of digital mammography equipment for the Diagnostic Imaging Department at Yampa Valley Medical Center.
