9:21 a.m. A man made an animal complaint in the 700 block of Critter Court. A Steamboat Springs police sergeant said somebody brought a puppy found in Hayden to the animal shelter.

11:15 a.m. A civil complaint was made in the 600 block of Evans Street.

12:21 p.m. Theft was reported on Colorado Highway 131. Police said the reporting party said a cell phone was stolen on 11th Street but had no further information.

1:47 p.m. An animal complaint was made on Pine Street in Milner.

2:38 p.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers arrested a 50-year-old Steamboat Springs man for an outstanding warrant, in the 500 block of Pine Street.

3:12 p.m. A woman reported theft in the 28000 block of Routt County Road 7C in Yampa. A Routt County Sheriff's Office deputy said a loaned cell phone was returned later than expected.

4:08 p.m. A woman made an animal complaint on U.S. Highway 40 west of Steamboat Springs.

4:36 p.m. A woman requested a police officer in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle. Police said liquor was reported stolen but had no information about suspects.

6:05 p.m. A woman reported a suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of Willett Heights Trail.

6:51 p.m. A woman reported a suspicious incident in the 1800 block of Loggers Lane. Police said a business owner had concerns about the security of a door, but everything was fine.

7:05 p.m. Police arrested a 37-year-old Steamboat Springs man on suspicion of false imprisonment, harassment and third-degree assault in Steamboat. Police said the incident was domestic violence involving a man and his girlfriend. Police said the woman sustained minor injuries but was not transported to the hospital.

11:05 p.m. A woman reported an animal complaint in the 200 block of River Road.
