3:31 a.m. An assault was reported in the 400 block of Tamarack Drive where two intoxicated men got into a fight. Both were transported to the hospital with lacerations, and a 26-year-old Colorado Springs man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault and harassment.

8:14 a.m. A dog at large was reported at Yampa and 11th streets. The dog was gone when animal control officers arrived.

11:08 a.m. An officer was requested in Steamboat Springs where a woman was concerned about text messages her daughter was receiving from another family member.

11:12 a.m. A two-vehicle, hit-and-run accident was reported in the 1900 block of Bridge Lane. There were no injuries.

11:50 a.m. Steamboat police assisted a motorist at Ninth Street and Lincoln Avenue.

11:56 a.m. A 19-year-old Gypsum man was arrested during a traffic stop at Routt County Road 14 and C.R. 14B, on suspicion of driving under restraint and speeding.

1:15 p.m. A burglar alarm went off in the 2800 block of Whitewater Lane. Everything was fine.

1:28 p.m. Steamboat police assisted a motorist at Blue Sage Drive and Fish Creek Falls Road.

1:47 p.m. A sex offender registered at the Steamboat Springs Police Department.

3:38 p.m. A possible drunken driver was reported in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.

3:48 p.m. Wire transfer fraud was reported in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

5:37 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported near mile marker 4 on C.R. 36.

6:22 p.m. A vehicle complaint was received from Blue Sage Drive where a driver was speeding.

7:40 p.m. A fire alarm went off in the 2500 block of Longthong Road. Everything was fine.

7:51 p.m. A disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Pearl Street where a father and his underage son got into an argument about the son's drinking. A 20-year-old Steamboat Springs man was cited for minor in possession.

8:32 p.m. A burglar alarm went off in the 2700 block of Downhill Drive. Everything was fine.

10:21 p.m. Several feet of snow reportedly slid off a hill, blocking the northbound lane on the 200 block of River Road.

10:31 p.m. A vehicle complaint was received from Fifth Street and Lincoln Avenue.

11:05 p.m. A noise complaint was received from the 3300 block of Columbine Drive, where there was a loud party. Police gave a warning.

11:35 p.m. A one-vehicle accident was reported near mile marker 146 on U.S. Highway 40. The driver was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
