1:21 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers made a traffic stop at River Road and Spar Street and arrested a 34-year-old Steamboat Springs man on suspicion of driving under the influence, weaving and disregarding a stop sign.

8:47 a.m. Hayden Police Department officers were called to a request for an officer in the 100 block of East Jefferson Avenue.

10:03 a.m. Police were called to a reported theft in the 1900 block of Shield Drive. Officers took a report of two missing solar panels valued at $1,000 each.

10:54 a.m. Police were called to a request for an officer in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza, where someone was denied in an attempt to buy a firearm. The incident is under investigation.

11:54 a.m. Police were called to a reported theft in downtown Steamboat Springs, where a woman reported that her wallet had been stolen from her purse.

12:29 p.m. Police were called to a car accident at South Lincoln Avenue and High Point Drive, where a car hit a deer in the highway's westbound lane. A report was taken.

12:54 p.m. Police were called to a two-vehicle accident at Fourth and Oak streets. There were no injuries. A ticket was issued, and a report was taken.

2:55 p.m. Police were called to a reported suspicious incident in the 1200 block of Lincoln Avenue, where a man was going through a backpack.

3:05 p.m. Sheriff's Office deputies were called to a reported disturbance in Oak Creek. It was a verbal dispute, and officers arrested a 37-year-old Oak Creek man on suspicion of harassment related to domestic violence.

3:38 p.m. Police were called to a reported theft of a backpack in the 1000 block of 13th Street. Police said they did not know whether the theft was related to an earlier report of a suspicious incident involving a backpack.

5:19 p.m. Police were called to a reported disturbance in the 1400 block of Robert E. Lee Lane. A woman reported a man was trying to break into a downstairs apartment. The woman said the man had been kicked out of the apartment in early June, police said.

5:27 p.m. Police were called to a welfare check in the 3000 block of Columbine Drive. A report was taken.

5:38 p.m. Police were called to a civil complaint in the 600 block of Amethyst Drive.

7:33 p.m. Police and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue emergency responders were called to a request for an ambulance in the 1900 block of Alpine Plaza, where a 72-year-old woman was complaining about pain. The woman was transported to Yampa Valley Medical Center.

7:54 p.m. Police made a traffic stop at Athens Plaza and Chinook Lane and arrested a 37-year-old Craig man on suspicion of driving while ability impaired and failing to signal a turn.

9:02 p.m. Sheriff's Office deputies were called to a report of a drunken driver in the 4100 block of Lincoln Avenue. Officers were unable to locate the driver.

11:56 p.m. Sheriff's Office deputies were called to a suspicious vehicle on C.R. 129 near mile marker 13.
