12:35 a.m. An intoxicated individual was reported near 11th Street and Lincoln Avenue.

1:35 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance. Officers arrested a 43-year-old man on charges of harassment and obstruction of telephone services for preventing the other party from using the telephone.

6:30 a.m. Two horses were reported outside a fence on Yellow Jacket Pass in Stagecoach. They were inside the fence when deputies arrived.

6:33 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to an altercation between a father and son in the 400 block of Moffat Avenue. The case is pending, and no other information was available.

7:56 a.m. A dead cat was reported on U.S. Highway 40 near the Heritage Park subdivision. It had been removed by the time deputies arrived.

10:10 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to a report of stolen jewelry in the 16300 block of Routt County Road 16 near Oak Creek. There were no signs of forced entry, and a report was taken for insurance purposes.

10:11 a.m. A Steamboat Springs Animal Control officer was dispatched to the 1800 block of Central Park Drive because a small dog was hiding under cars. The dog's owner was able to get the dog.

10:25 a.m. Four puppies were reported whining inside a fence in the 20700 block of U.S. 40. They were checked by animal control officers, who determined everything was fine.

10:30 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to conduct a death investigation of Greg Scott in the 67200 block of C.R. 500 near Clark. Routt County Coroner Rob Ryg said the Hayden musician, who performed throughout the Yampa Valley for more than three decades, died in his sleep Monday night. He was 61.

11:02 a.m. A wallet was found in the 800 block of Yampa Street.

11:44 a.m. A man was reported taking pictures of people where a baseball game was being played in the 900 block of Pine Grove Circle.

12:13 p.m. A truck with a camper shell was reported to have nearly hit another vehicle near the James Brown Soul Center of the Universe Bridge.

12:59 p.m. A woman reported that a man came up to her from behind on a bike and made several inappropriate comments before riding away in the zero block of 12th Street. Officers were unable to locate the man.

1:22 p.m. A blue jeep was reported to have nearly struck a bicyclist at Steamboat Boulevard and Rollingstone Drive.

4:24 p.m. Officers were dispatched to check the welfare of a man who had been drinking in the 2600 block of Iris Lane. They made contact with the man and referred him to a family member for help, but he said he was fine and didn't need help.

7:06 p.m. Officers were dispatched to a report that a car was blaring music in the 800 block of Weiss Circle. The car's occupants were given a warning.

7:47 p.m. A bull was running loose on Conestoga Circle near the Pioneer Village subdivision. The bull was located, but its owner was unable to catch it before dark. The owner said he would try again the next morning. There was no information available Wednesday about whether he was successful.

10 p.m. Deputies and Routt County Search and Rescue were dispatched to Pearl Lake in Clark because three people from out of state were late returning from a hike. They were located, and everything was fine.
