5:13 a.m. An ambulance was requested in Steamboat Springs for a 67-year-old man who was feeling faint and passed out. He was transported to the hospital.

6:19 a.m. A shed fire was reported in the 400 block of Seventh Street. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue extinguished the fire, likely caused by welding equipment in the shed.

7:35 a.m. Sheriff's Office deputies assisted a motorist on Colorado Highway 131.

8:44 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported at Mount Werner Road and Mount Werner Circle. Police took a report and issued a citation.

7:48 a.m. An ambulance was requested in Steamboat Springs for a 44-year-old woman who fell on the ice and injured her back. She was transported to the hospital.

9:26 a.m. A cat bite was reported in the 700 block of Critter Court. Animal control officers took a report.

10:43 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 2200 block of County Shop Road. Police took a report.

10:53 a.m. An ambulance was requested in Steamboat Springs for an 81-year-old man who collapsed and felt a tingling sensation in his fingers and feet.

11:48 a.m. A carbon monoxide alarm went off in the 28900 block of Valley View Lane. Everything was fine.

12:45 p.m. Harassment was reported in Steamboat Springs where a woman reportedly accused her neighbor of yelling at her over the phone, and she further reportedly accused the woman of stealing her neighbor's newspaper. Police mediated the dispute.

12:46 p.m. A welfare check was requested on a man on Honeysuckle Lane who lost his job last week and was upset about it. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies located the man later Thursday afternoon, and he was fine.

1:31 p.m. The railroad lights at the Fifth Street crossing reportedly were malfunctioning. The problem was fixed.

1:42 p.m. A carbon monoxide alarm went off in the 1100 block of Walton Creek Road. Everything was fine.

2:01 p.m. A vehicle complaint was received from the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue where a broken-down car was partially blocking traffic. The vehicle was moved off the road and later towed.

2:06 p.m. Two snowmobilers on Buffalo Pass requested help from Routt County Search and Rescue. The two men had become separated because of bad visibility from high winds, and only one made it back to the parking lot. The other man had a cell phone with GPS capabilities, and Search and Rescue guided him out over the phone.

3:40 p.m. An ambulance was requested in Steamboat Springs where a 15-year-old girl fell out of the back of a pickup and complained of back pain. Police took a report.

6:42 p.m. An ambulance was requested in Steamboat Springs for a 19-year-old man with numbness on the left side of his body. He was treated at the scene.

7:24 p.m. Theft was reported on Howelsen Parkway where an iPod had been stolen and destroyed. Police took a report.

9:49 p.m. A 21-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested at Third and Oak streets on suspicion of distribution of marijuana.

9:56 p.m. A 23-year-old Milner man was arrested during a traffic stop at Downhill Drive and U.S. 40 on suspicion of driving under the influence and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

10:38 p.m. A 26-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested during a traffic stop in the 2400 block of Lincoln Avenue on an outstanding warrant for distribution of marijuana.

11:45 p.m. An assault was reported in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue, where police said a woman pushed another woman off a stage. Police issued a harassment summons.
