Singers, especially tenors and sopranos, are needed to join Colorado Mountain College's presentation of the Yampa Valley Chorus singing the Easter portion of Handel's "Messiah" with the Steamboat Strings Orchestra, April 11 and 12. Integrated Community seeks volunteers, donations

Help needed to organize Girls to Women conference
The Girls to Women Steering Committee is seeking members. The steering committee organizes the Girls to Women conference annually. The 2009 conference is April 14 at the Steamboat Grand Resort Hotel. The conference is intended to introduce eighth-grade girls from Routt County, Walden and North Park school districts to a variety of career choices as well as to inspire and encourage them to believe they can achieve their dreams of financial independence and a fulfilling life. Committee members organize all aspects of the conference, including: facilities, program content, decor, volunteers, PR/marketing, registration and evaluation.
