10th Street Barber Shop has opened in The Victoria at 10th Street and Lincoln Avenue. Barb and Kenny Porteous run the old-style shop, which offers haircuts for men, women and children, as well as shaves. Felix & Fido, a pet accessories boutique, has moved to 601 Lincoln Ave., next to Duck Duck Goose, from its site downstairs in Old Town Square. Kelda Combs Wall owns the shop. Felix & Fido has set extended winter hours: from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. Call 970-870-6400.

The store offers the funkiest jewelry in the latest fashions as well as new hip purse lines such as Big Buddha and Sasha handbags, colorful handmade scarves from India, the latest sunglasses, trendy leggings and gifts for women of all ages. Talulla, a women's accessory shop, has opened at 601 Lincoln Ave., Suite 5. The boutique, owned by Nikki Edinger and Tammy Tighe Hazlett, offers 10 percent off everything except cosmetics to locals.
