12:08 a.m. Hayden police issued a ticket for a car that violated winter parking rules in the 300 block of Vista Verde Drive.

12:13 a.m. Hayden police issued a ticket for a car that violated winter parking rules in the 300 block of East Crandall Avenue.

12:20 a.m. Hayden police issued a ticket for a car that violated winter parking rules in the 300 block of Honeysuckle Drive.

1:37 a.m. A fight was reported in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. Everything was fine, and police didn't arrest anyone.

4:30 a.m. The Routt County Sheriff's Office received an animal complaint at mile marker 2 of Routt County Road 14. Horses and a donkey were running loose, and one horse was lying in the road. An animal control officer made contact with the owners, and the horses were returned to their pasture.

5:01 a.m. Harassment was reported in the 11000 block of C.R. 51A in Hayden. A man had a conflict at Yampa Valley Regional Airport. The incident probably is a civil situation, Hayden police Sgt. Gordon Booco said.

7:59 a.m. A one-vehicle, noninjury rollover accident occurred at Fish Creek Falls Road and Amethyst Drive.

9:18 a.m. A person reported that a neighbor's dog in the 26000 block of Vista Valley Court bit his or her dog. Police couldn't reach the caller.

10:48 a.m. A caller reported that his or her landlord's dog bit the caller and his or her dog a week ago in the 1500 block of Conestoga Circle. Police took a report.

11:04 a.m. A green purse was reportedly left at a car wash in the 1700 block of Lincoln Avenue. Police took a report.

11:41 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury wreck occurred in the 400 block of South Lincoln Avenue.

12:53 p.m. A man reported that a semi-trailer was tailgating his girlfriend's vehicle at U.S. Highway 40 and Walton Creek Road. Police couldn't find the semi.

1:05 p.m. A 36-year-old Steamboat Springs woman was arrested after a civil standby in the 3300 block of AprÃs Ski Way. She refused to put on her seat belt when leaving and then kicked, scratched and hit the police officer, Steamboat Springs police Capt. Joel Rae said. She was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault.

1:19 p.m. Theft was reported in the 600 block of Mountain Village Circle. A man returned after being away from home and found that DVDs and money were missing. Police took a report and are investigating.

1:33 p.m. A gas leak was reported in the 1700 block of Meadow Lane. Atmos Energy was notified, and everything was fine.

2:46 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury wreck was reported in the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue.

3:13 p.m. Sheriff's Office deputies stopped a vehicle at mile marker 54 of Colorado Highway 131. The driver didn't have a driver's license or proof of insurance, authorities said. The vehicle was towed and the driver was given a courtesy ride home.

3:20 p.m. A sexual assault was reported in Steamboat Springs.

5:06 p.m. Theft of a cell phone was reported in the 1000 block of Central Park Drive. Police took a report.

5:55 p.m. A wreck occurred at mile marker 151 of U.S. 40. No more information was available.

7:44 p.m. A car alarm was reported at Fifth and Oak streets.

8:05 p.m. A semi-trailer spun out at mile marker 144 of U.S. 40. The other vehicles involved were pilot cars for the semi. Everything was fine.
