1:44 a.m. A traffic stop led to an arrest at Dream Island Plaza. A two-vehicle noninjury wreck occurred, police said. A 21-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, driving under the influence per se and driving without proof of insurance.

2:17 a.m. A person complained about a loud party in the 3300 block of Columbine Drive.

2:34 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury wreck occurred at South Lincoln Avenue and East Pine Grove Road. One vehicle was towed, and police took a report.

2:50 a.m. A disturbance was reported in the 29500 block of Elk View Drive. A male was taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center, and no more information was available.

6 a.m. A car slid into a snow bank at mile marker 26 on Colorado Highway 131. Routt County sheriff's officials turned the case over to Colorado State Patrol. A ticket was issued.

7:50 a.m. A kitten was frozen to the sidewalk by its paws at Lincoln Avenue and Anglers Drive. The animal was stuck but breathing, the caller said. An animal control officer took the kitten to the shelter.

8:44 a.m. A caller complained about a shuttle bus being parked in the road in the Tamarack Drive area. It was gone when authorities arrived.

8:54 a.m. An open door was reported in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue. Everything was fine.

9:58 a.m. An ambulance was requested in Steamboat Springs. A 72-year-old man who fell on the ice was taken to YVMC.

10:45 a.m. A structure fire was reported in the 54300 block of Routt County Road 62 in Clark. A single-wide trailer's exterior porch siding caught fire from an ash bucket, said Bob Reilley, North Routt Fire Protection District chief. The homeowner had extinguished most of the flames by the time fire officials arrived, he said.

1:09 p.m. A wallet was found at Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue. The person gave it to police.

1:47 p.m. A Steamboat Ski and Resort Corp. security officer called in a vehicle complaint in the Lower Knoll Parking Lot. A person had parked in a no-parking zone and was being uncooperative, police said. Two males were with the vehicle. Police issued two parking citations.

2:13 p.m. A caller said loose dogs were defecating in his or her yard in the 1700 block of Latigo Loop. The dogs were gone when police arrived.

2:23 p.m. A suspicious incident was reported in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. Two males in the parking lot were trying to sell perfume out of the back of a black Lincoln. Police gave the men a warning for doing business without a business license and referred them to the city clerk.

3:16 p.m. A traffic stop at mile marker 56 on Colorado 131 resulted in an arrest. A 20-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

3:53 p.m. A clip with 15 rounds was found at Sidney Peak Ranch. It was turned in to the Sheriff's Office.

3:58 p.m. A burglary was reported in the 100 block of Ninth Street. A man asked to talk to an officer. No more information was available.

4:30 p.m. A coyote was dumped on the side of the road near U.S. 40 and Routt County Road 37. Sheriff's officials called the Department of Wildlife.

4:34 p.m. A man said he was punched near One Steamboat Place. No more information was available.

6:40 p.m. Domestic violence was reported. A woman called from Chicago to say that her daughter was involved in a domestic incident in Steamboat Springs. A 32-year-old Steamboat man was arrested on suspicion of harassment, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana.

7:05 p.m. A drunken driver was reported on U.S. 40 eastbound from mile marker 106. Hayden police were unable to find the vehicle.

8:04 p.m. Shoplifting was reported in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. Police took a report and gave a woman a ticket.

8:29 p.m. Domestic violence was reported in Oak Creek. A man was yelling, and the situation was not physical.

9:06 p.m. Fireworks were reported in the 100 block of Moffat Avenue in Yampa. Sheriff's officials didn't find anyone setting them off.

9:54 p.m. A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 1700 block of Fetcher Park Drive

11:13 p.m. A disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Walton Pond Circle. A man reportedly was intoxicated and being aggressive, wandering around yelling and knocking on neighbors' windows. He was taken to detox.
