12:19 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called about a dog on the loose in the 40900 block of Purple Sage Street. Deputies called the phone number on the dog’s tag, but there was no answer. The dog was taken to the animal shelter.

12:20 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers arrested a 23-year-old Loveland man on suspicion of driving under the influence, careless driving and failing to use a turn signal after a traffic stop at the Knoll Parking Lot near Steamboat Ski Area.

12:45 a.m. Police were called to a report of a loud party in the 2700 block of Village Drive. By the time officers arrived, the party was over and everyone had left.

12:48 a.m. Police were called to a report of a fight in the 700 block of South Lincoln Avenue. Officers separated the parties.

1:59 a.m. Police arrested a 25-year-old Steamboat woman on suspicion of driving under the influence, speeding, not signaling and failing to drive in the designated lane after a traffic stop at Dream Island Plaza and U.S. Highway 40.

5:51 a.m. Hayden police were called to a noise complaint in the 100 block of N. Third Street.

10:42 a.m. Police were called to a report of lost skis at Mount Werner Road and U.S. 40.

11:21 a.m. Police were called to a report of theft of $500 in cash in the 200 block of Eighth Street.

12:38 p.m. Police were called to a suspicious incident in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. A man was trying to sell a credit card for cash. He was gone when officers arrived.

12:47 p.m. Police were called to a request for an officer in the 3000 block of Village Drive. Police said two people were arguing over laundry in a condo complex washroom. The argument began after one of them removed the other’s laundry from a washing machine. The two made up.

12:52 p.m. Police were called to assist another agency near the Steamboat II subdivision off U.S. 40. A Colorado State Patrol trooper picked up a stray dog and turned it over to Steamboat Springs Animal Control officers, who took the dog to the animal shelter.

1:04 p.m. Police and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue were called to a request for an ambulance in Steamboat. A girl was taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center.

1:28 p.m. Police were called to a vehicle complaint near the 800 block of Yampa Street. An illegally parked vehicle was moved by its owner.

2:55 p.m. Police were called to a vehicle complaint at C.R. 129 and U.S. 40. The driver of a vehicle reportedly was tailgating other cars between Steamboat and Milner. Officers were unable to locate the driver.

7:20 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a drunken driver near the 38900 block of Mud Alley in Milner.

7:55 p.m. Hayden police were called to a report of a gas leak in the 300 block of Vista Verde Drive.

11:27 p.m. Police arrested a 28-year-old Steamboat man on suspicion of possession of a Schedule 2 controlled substance and introduction of contraband after being called with mental health professionals to a report of a drunken pedestrian in the 1500 block of Shadow Run Frontage.

11:34 p.m. Police were called to a report of theft of a wallet in Steamboat. The wallet contained credit cards, a driver’s license and $30 cash.
