Prudential Steamboat Realty agents Pam Vanatta and the Vanatta Group, and the Olson Team were recognized in the third quarter as top residential sales agents for the state of Colorado in the Prudential Real Estate network.
Brokers Beth Bishop and Lisa Olson, of The Olson Team, ranked second in the state among Prudential Realtors for the total number of residential units sold.
Vanatta and her group of agents (Anne Mayberry, Kelly Stahl, Heidi Flint and Mark Dudley) ranked second in Colorado among Prudential agents for gross commission income and total sales volume.
“We could not be more pleased with these accomplishments,” broker/owner Cam Boyd said. “This is a challenging market, and these agents have continued to exceed goals and provide their clients with exceptional service.”

Still, Hayden and the surrounding area now have reached 49 real estate transactions through Nov. 30.
