— 12:32 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a request for an officer at the Art Walk area on Yampa Street between Fifth and Seventh streets. Officers arrested a 25-year-old Steamboat Springs man on suspicion of being a fugitive of justice and false reporting.

2:05 a.m. Police were called to a report of a suspicious vehicle at Ninth and Yampa streets where a car was parked and running. Officers talked to the driver, and everything was fine.

2:12 a.m. Police were called to a report of a disturbance in the 1300 block of Athens Plaza for a dispute between neighbors. Officers mediated the situation, and everything was fine.

2:15 a.m. Police were called to a request for a welfare check in the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue where a reportedly intoxicated woman, whom officers had given a ride to earlier in the night, reportedly called Grand Junction dispatchers multiple times. Officers asked the woman to stop.

2:54 a.m. Police were called to a complaint of people talking loudly in an apartment in the alley behind the first block of Maple Street. Officers talked to the people, and everything was fine.

4:20 a.m. Police were called to a request for a welfare check at Yahmonite and Merritt streets where a man reportedly was passed out or sleeping in the back of a pickup. The truck was not running, and officers took the man to detox.

9:56 a.m. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies were called to a report of a burglary in the 40000 block of Lindsay Drive where an antique phone reportedly was stolen from a house.

1:58 p.m. Police and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue emergency responders were called to a request for an ambulance in Steamboat.

2:10 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a suspicious incident at Routt County roads 44 and 42, northeast of Milner, where a person was fishing near a no-fishing sign. Deputies asked the person to leave.

3:39 p.m. Police were called to a welfare check in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue where store workers reported an intoxicated woman in a dressing room and were concerned for her safety. Officers took the woman to detox.

3:45 p.m. Police, deputies and mental health professionals were called to a request for agency assistance in Curve Court where a 24-year-old woman reported missing in California was found, unharmed. No charges were filed in Routt County.

4:21 p.m. Police were called to a report of fraud in the first block of Eighth Street where someone reportedly tried to order a large amount of food and get money back from a credit card. Managers declined to run the transaction, and officers took a report.

4:23 p.m. Police were called to a report of theft in the 500 block of Wyatt Way. Officers found it was an ongoing dispute between neighbors regarding a property line, and nothing was stolen. Officers advised the neighbors to go to civil court.

5:55 p.m. Routt County Search and Rescue volunteers and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue were called to a request for a rescue on Emerald Mountain where a 29-year-old man crashed his bicycle, injuring his arm. Search and Rescue crews brought the man down to the base on an ATV, and medical crews transported him to Yampa Valley Medical Center.
