Steamboat Springs 12:05 a.m. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies issued a citation following a traffic stop in the 34800 block of U.S. Highway 40.
12:39 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers arrested a 49-year-old Hayden man on suspicion of driving under revocation, driving under the influence, DUI per se, disregarding a stop sign, disregarding a pedestrian right of way, careless driving, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, following a traffic stop at Eighth and Pine streets.
1:44 a.m. Police, deputies and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue emergency responders were called to a report of a fight at Mount Werner Road and Resort Drive. Police said a man was taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center for a minor injury and then taken to detox at the jail. No criminal charges were filed.
2:30 a.m. Police issued a citation to a man for driving under revocation following a traffic stop at 13th Street and Lincoln Avenue.
6:50 a.m. Police were dispatched to a burglary alarm in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue. It was a false alarm.
7:30 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to an animal complaint on River Road.
7:35 a.m. Hayden Police Department officers, deputies and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue were dispatched to a request for an ambulance in Hayden.
9:59 a.m. Deputies were called to a vehicle complaint in the 23800 block of Routt County Road 16 in Oak Creek.
11:38 a.m. Police were called to check the welfare of a woman in Steamboat Springs. Officers met with her and notified mental health professionals.
11:40 a.m. Police and deputies were called to check the welfare of someone at the Spring Creek trailhead. The person was gone on arrival.
1:25 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to a burglary alarm in the 28200 block of Routt County Road 64.
2:16 p.m. Hayden Police were called to a vehicle complaint in the 300 block of South Poplar Street.
2:34 p.m. Police were called to a request for officers to mediate a civil situation in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza. Police said a dog on a long leash had been unintentionally run over. The dog was taken to a veterinarian. Its condition was unknown late Saturday.
3:22 p.m. Police were dispatched to an animal complaint in the 200 block of Seventh Street.
5:37 p.m. Hayden Police and West Routt Fire Protection District emergency responders were dispatched to a request for an ambulance in Hayden.
8:27 p.m. Police and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue were called to report of a possible structure fire in the 2500 block of Copper Ridge Drive. Police determined that there was no fire. The smoke was diesel truck exhaust that could have resembled fire from a distance.
9:17 p.m. Police were called to a noise complaint in the 500 block of Anglers Drive. Several people were watching a movie loudly and talking loudly from a back deck. They were given a warning.
9:40 p.m. Hayden Police were dispatched to a request for extra patrol in the 300 block of South Poplar Street.
10:13 p.m. Hayden police were dispatched to a request for extra patrol in the 100 block of E. Jefferson Avenue.
11:06 p.m. Police and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue were called to check on spilled gasoline in the 2000 block of Snow Bowl Plaza.
11:16 p.m. Police arrested a 35-year-old Steamboat Springs man on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in Moffat County court, following a traffic stop at Seventh and Oak streets.
