— 12:02 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers arrested a 26-year-old Steamboat man on suspicion of driving while ability impaired and driving a defective vehicle after a traffic stop at Whistler Road and Athens Plaza.

12:29 a.m. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies were called to a burglary alarm in the 28400 block of Skyline Drive. A woman had entered an improper code.

5:53 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to a report that a deer had been hit and was left in the road at mile marker 129 on U.S. Highway 40. The deer had to be put down.

7:30 a.m. Police were called to a report of spray paint damage to a bathroom in the 1300 block of Lincoln Avenue.

9:59 a.m. Police were called to a report of theft of an engagement ring in the 500 block of Gilpin Street.

11:26 a.m. Police and deputies were called to a report that a black Ford Explorer was driving in and out of traffic at erratic speeds at mile marker 127 on U.S. 40. The driver was contacted and issued a warning. Police said he had not been drinking.

11:28 a.m. Police assisted the Greenwood Village Police Department in the 800 block of Yampa Street.

1:36 p.m. Police were called to a report of a stolen CO2 bottle worth $300 to $400 from a vehicle during the weekend in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. The incident is under investigation.

1:51 p.m. Police were dispatched to a report of a found wallet at 10th and Yampa streets.

2:43 p.m. Police were called to a report of shoplifting of grocery items in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. Officers contacted a 21-year-old woman, who was issued a citation.

4:11 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of trespassing in the 50400 block of Routt County Road 56 near Clark. A car drove across a lawn Monday.

5:39 p.m. Police were called to a report of theft of a cell phone in the 800 block of Howelsen Parkway.

6:01 p.m. Police were called to assist a woman whose boyfriend tried to break into her home in the 3100 block of Chinook Lane the night before. She wanted to speak to an officer about filing a restraining order. The incident is under investigation.

6:20 p.m. Hayden Police Department officers were called to a report of missing 4- and 5-year-old boys in the 100 block of Shady Lane. Police said they were found almost immediately at a neighbor's house and were fine.

7:02 p.m. Police were called to a burglary alarm in the 2600 block of South Copper Frontage. It was a false alarm.

7:17 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of males arguing and yelling behind the 300 block of Myers in Oak Creek.

7:43 p.m. Police were dispatched to a report of a dog running loose at U.S. 40 and Shield Drive.

8:01 p.m. Police arrested a 45-year-old Thornton man on suspicion of driving under the influence and weaving in the 2900 block of AprÃs Ski Way. A nearby homeowner reported the incident after the man was driving erratically before going into a ditch.

11:45 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to a reported of domestic violence in Oak Creek.
