A bill aimed at improving roadway safety for cyclists continues its uphill climb through the state Legislature. Rep. Randy Baumgardner, R-Hot Sulphur Springs, had an amendment that would have made riding two abreast on state highways illegal, but the amendment was removed by a conference committee.
