Business File for Sept. 28

Combs Wall takes over Felix & Fido boutique

Kelda Combs Wall has bought Felix & Fido, the dog and cat accessories boutique in Old Town Square at Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue. Combs Wall said she took over from Kira Hambley on Labor Day weekend.

"It was going out of business, and I didn't want to see it disappear," Combs Wall said. The shop sells pet-related gifts, as well as items for animals.

The Steamboat Springs native also is an owner/broker at Colorado Group Realty, a role she plans to retain. Combs Wall plans to keep Felix & Fido's hours the same through the fall. The store is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day, she said.

She is planning changes, including adding new products and putting together a Web site. The store can be reached at 870-6400.
