Belton, Godino, Diehl join Prudential Realty
Steamboat Springs Christy Belton, Suellyn Godino and Michelle Diehl have joined Prudential Steamboat Realty.
The announcement was made by Pam Vanatta, co-owner of Prudential.
"These agents share Prudential Steamboat Realty's commitment to client satisfaction and a competitive drive in the real estate market. They are exactly the type of associates we are seeking as we continue to grow and develop as a company," Vanatta said.
Belton joins Prudential with four years of real estate experience. She has a background in Routt County ranching. Along with her husband, Matt, and son, Tell, she works cattle on a ranch along the Elk River. Belton specializes in land and ranch transactions.
Godino joined Prudential Steamboat Realty with a long track record in real estate sales in the Steamboat area. Her experience includes a variety of areas of real estate ranging from residential sales to land and commercial.
"The main reason I was attracted to Prudential Steamboat Realty is because of their innovative approach to real estate technology and creative marketing practices along with their dedication to being the top real estate office in Steamboat," she said. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors since 2005.
Michelle Diehl comes to Prudential with four years of experience in real estate sales. She originally was lured to Steamboat in 1999 with her husband and two children.
"Michelle's keen attention to detail and solid commitment to customer service is a perfect match for the standards we uphold at Prudential," said Cam Boyd, broker/owner of Prudential Steamboat Realty.
