1:31 a.m. A fire alarm went off in the 2500 block of Windward Way. Everything was fine.

7:17 a.m. An abandoned vehicle was reported in the 300 block of Ninth Street.

8:08 a.m. Vandalism was reported in the 2100 block of Curve Plaza, where a glass window had been broken out of a clothes dryer at a laundromat, and a note was left for the management complaining that foreign objects in the dryer had damaged someone's clothing. Police took a report.

8:14 a.m. A dog at large was reported in the 1700 block of Fish Creek Falls Road. The animal was gone when police arrived.

8:45 a.m. A juvenile with drug paraphernalia was reported in the 39600 block of Amethyst Drive.

9:05 a.m. A fire alarm went off in the 2200 block of Village Inn Court. Everything was fine.

9:12 a.m. An abandoned vehicle was reported near mile marker 1 on Routt County Road 16.

9:17 a.m. Illegal dumping was reported on C.R. 61, two miles from C.R. 65, where trash had been left at the end of the road. Identifying envelopes were found in the trash. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies took a report.

9:21 a.m. A gas skip was reported in the 200 block of West Jefferson Avenue in Hayden. Police took a report.

9:27 a.m. A one-vehicle, rollover accident was reported on Colorado Highway 131, near mile marker 48. The driver was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.

9:47 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 2400 block of Lincoln Avenue. Police took a report.

12:32 p.m. Police assisted a motorist at 13th Street and Lincoln Avenue.

2:01 p.m. A suspicious person was reported on a bus in Steamboat Springs, where a man was riding around with no particular destination. The man was doing nothing criminal.

3:23 p.m. Harassing phone calls were reported in Steamboat Springs. Police gave a warning.

4:05 p.m. A vehicle complaint was received from Colo. 131, where a semitrailer heading northbound out of Oak Creek was dragging a chain. Sheriff's Office deputies were unable to locate the vehicle.

4:48 p.m. A vehicle complaint was received from the 800 block of Pine Street, where a car unknown to residents was parked on their grass. They were advised the vehicle was on private property and they could tow it if they wished.

4:50 p.m. A two-vehicle, hit-and-run accident was reported to Steamboat police. The incident occurred earlier that day in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue. There were no injuries. Police took a report.

5:28 p.m. An animal complaint was received from the 55000 block of C.R. 62 in Clark, where a woman wanted to take her dog to the pound because it had killed four sheep and two ducks and had attacked a deer.

5:46 p.m. A fire alarm went off in the 2700 block of Village Drive. Everything was fine.

5:59 p.m. A suspicious incident was reported in the 2200 block of Village Inn Court, where a transient man was refusing to leave after his credit card was declined. Police encouraged him to leave and took a report.

6:01 p.m. A 41-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 200 block of Cherry Drive.

6:09 p.m. A lost colt was reported in the 12300 block of C.R. 51B. The animal later was located in its pasture and is suspected to have jumped back in.

6:29 p.m. An ambulance was requested in Buffalo Pass, where a mountain biker fell and was suffering a broken arm and hip pain. The biker was transported to the hospital.

6:40 p.m. A 24-year-old Steamboat Springs woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and expired plates during a traffic stop at U.S. Highway 40 and Hilltop Parkway.

7:03 p.m. Harassment was reported in Steamboat Springs, where a man clad in Raiders gear was being verbally harassed by a group of teenagers. The juveniles were gone when police arrived. Police took a report.

7:40 p.m. A fire alarm went off in the 2200 block of Village Inn Court. Everything was fine.

11:01 p.m. A 36-year-old Steamboat Springs woman was arrested during a traffic stop in the alley between the 700 blocks of Oak and Pine streets, on suspicion of driving under the influence, failure to signal, driving with obstructed vision, violating a protection order and violating bail bond conditions. A passenger in her vehicle, a 29-year-old Steamboat Springs man, was arrested on suspicion of false reporting.

11:06 p.m. A dog at large was reported in the 1900 block of Cornice Drive. The animal was gone when police arrived.
