Artists, sponsors needed for Bust of Steamboat

— Organizers of The Bust of Steamboat are accepting sponsors and artists to create unique bra designs for a live auction during this year's event, from 5 to 8 p.m. Oct. 24 at Three Peaks Bar & Grill. To see past entries and auctions, visit www.thebustofsteamboat.org. Sponsorships are a tax-deductible donation of $350 to the Yampa Valley Breast Cancer Awareness Project and include two tickets to the event. For more information, call Debbie Curd at 871-7907.

VNA, Aging Well offering Healthier Living workshop

The Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association and Aging Well are accepting registration for an upcoming Healthier Living workshop, designed for adults ages 50 and older who want to take charge of their ongoing health problems and get relief from their pain, fatigue and other symptoms. A free, six-week program is available. Call Aging Well at the Steamboat Springs VNA office, 871-7676.

Creative Expression class seeks sewing supplies

The Steamboat Springs High School Creative Expression class is in need of donations of fabric and sewing supplies for use by students. All donations can be dropped off at the high school main office. For more information, e-mail Gayle Dudley at gdudley@sssd.k12.co.us or call 871-3641.
