Belton honored by Realtors' Land Institute
Christy Belton, of Prudential Steamboat Realty, has been named Land Realtor of the Year by Chapter Five of the Realtors' Land Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
The current treasurer and past secretary of the organization, Belton was recognized for her performance as a Colorado broker specializing in land transactions and for the contributions to the institute.
She received the award during the state convention of the Colorado Association of Realtors, on Oct. 20 in Colorado Springs.
Green Courte Partners internalizes sales Nov. 1
Jim Cook, of Colorado Group Realty and Green Courte Partners, announced Thursday that Colorado Group will turn over the sale of the remaining residential units at downtown Steamboat developments at Alpen Glow and Howelsen Place to a new sales entity that will be internal to the developments.
Beginning Nov. 1, Ski Town Lifestyle Properties, LLC, led by managing broker Beth Postemski, will assume responsibility for marketing and selling the two projects.
Correction
An article on The Bridges at Steamboat development in the Oct. 19 Steamboat Pilot and Today incorrectly referred to 360 Ranch when it should have referred to 360 Village.
Wilton Development is in the planning stages for both The Bridges at Steamboat and 360 Village.
The article also provided incorrect information about 360 Village. While a previous version of 360 Village applied for an extension of the city's urban growth boundary, or UGB, because a portion of its land lay outside the existing boundary, the latest proposal for 360 Village lies entirely within the UGB.
