Q. When did you move to Routt County, and what brought you here?

A. We moved here in August 2006. Steamboat brought us here.

Q. What's the biggest risk you've taken recently?

A. Leaving the city, which was close to our job, family and friends, to live in a small mountain town. It was a very worthwhile risk.

Q. Describe your morning routine.

A. I am up early, two cups of coffee, morning devotion, daily planning, kiss husband and three children goodbye, and I'm off to work!

Q. Has a book ever changed your life? What was it and why?

A. I am amazed with the Holy Bible. It is timeless, ageless and wise, and I am a lifetime student of it.

Q. What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?

A. "Out of everything bad comes something good," and "Haste makes waste."

Q. If you could invite any four people to dinner, who would they be and what would you talk about?

A. Mother Teresa, Ronald Reagan, Sarah Palin and Jesus, to sit and listen to them talk about Christian values.

Q. Who is your favorite superhero? Why?

A. Popeye. "He was strong to the finish 'cuz he ate his spinach!" Popeye upheld what was right with his own personal strength and convictions.

Q. Do you have any phobias?

A. Snakes.

Q. If you could go back in time, to what event or time period would you go?

A. I love this time period. However, it would be amazing to be back in the time when Jesus walked the earth.

Q. What is your favorite thing to do in Routt County?

A. Everything. Hike, bike, run, ski, snowshoe, tube, work, worship, entertain and just sit.
