Dog Fancy magazine praises Spiffy Dog collar
Steamboat Springs-based Spiffy Dog Pet Products received a nod in the December issue of Dog Fancy magazine. John Cardillo and Edward Watson started Spiffy Dog in 2001.
Editors at other dog magazines and Dog Fancy product editors chose Spiffy's Air Collar as one of the 15 best products of 2008.
An editor wrote: "Made of that same squishy, porous material as your running shoes, the Air Collar is lightweight and breathable. The spongy cloth is comfortable and designed to be quick-drying, so your water-loving dog's skin won't chafe, get irritated or get stinky after a swim. A wide variety of colors and prints gives this comfy collar a stylish side, too."
The collars run about $16 and are available at www.spiffydog.com.
