Steamboat Springs Transit operating training buses

Steamboat Springs Transit is training new drivers and operating training buses on regular routes. These buses are not picking up passengers. Regular, scheduled buses are operating on time. If the light on the bus says anything other than SST or "Steamboat Springs Ride the Free Bus," it is a training bus and will not stop for passengers, a transit official said Thursday. The training of new bus drivers should last through this week.
