12:50 a.m. A suspicious incident was reported in the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue, where two juveniles were in the hot springs after hours. They were cited for possessing alcohol as minors and released to their parents.
1:25 a.m. A domestic dispute was reported in Steamboat Springs, where two people were having a verbal argument. No charges were filed.
2:40 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported near mile marker 119 on U.S. Highway 40, where two cars went off the road trying to avoid a deer. One of the vehicles was towed.
4:59 a.m. A disturbance was reported in the 1300 block of Sparta Plaza, where possession of a vehicle was disputed. Steamboat Springs police mediated the argument.
6:28 a.m. A disturbance was reported in the 39300 block of Routt County Road 44B, where two women were having an argument. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies mediated the dispute.
6:53 a.m. Horses were reported on the road near C.R. 44 and C.R. 44B.
7:19 a.m. A noise complaint was received from the 2400 block of Pine Grove Circle. Police gave a warning.
9:23 a.m. A rented trailer that had been reported stolen was recovered in the 1300 block of 13th Street. The owner was notified.
11:23 a.m. A drunken driver was reported weaving into oncoming traffic at C.R. 33A and U.S. 40. A Hayden man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and weaving.
11:28 a.m. A stolen vehicle was reported in the 2300 block of Lincoln Avenue, where a rental car had not been returned.
12:37 p.m. A suspicious incident was reported at Eighth and Oak streets, where a man made rude gestures and spit at a code enforcement officer marking tires. The man was issued a summons for disorderly conduct.
1:18 p.m. Theft of a bicycle was reported in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue.
1:24 p.m. Illegal dumping was reported at a Dumpster in the 35700 block of East U.S. 40. The dumped materials included the responsible party's name and address, and police filed a complaint.
3:24 p.m. A stolen bicycle was reported in Butcherknife Alley. Police took a report.
4:49 p.m. A taxi driver reported a mountain bike stolen off his vehicle in Silverthorne after returning to Steamboat Springs.
8:04 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 2400 block of Lincoln Avenue. Police issued a citation.
8:36 p.m. A Steamboat Springs woman was arrested on suspicion of violating a restraining order at Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue.
8:41 p.m. Cattle were reported on the road near mile marker 50 on Colorado Highway 131. The animals were gone when Sheriff's Office deputies arrived.
8:48 p.m. A structure fire was reported in the 2800 block of Village Drive, where a small fire broke out on a third-floor balcony at a construction site. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue responded to the scene and quickly put out the fire. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
9:08 p.m. A noise complaint was received from the 2700 block of Abbey Road. Police gave a warning.
10:40 p.m. A mountain lion was reported in the 1200 block of Lincoln Avenue. Police were unable to locate the animal. The Colorado Division of Wildlife was notified.
11:03 p.m. A suspicious incident was reported in the 1800 block of Ranch Road, where a parked shuttle vehicle had been left unattended. The reporting party was concerned that people may have taken it for a joyride and abandoned it. The shuttle had broken down and was waiting for maintenance workers to move it. Police took a report.
11:05 p.m. A disturbance was reported in the 300 block of South Lincoln Avenue, where two people were having a verbal argument. Police mediated the dispute.
11:42 p.m. Sheriff's Office deputies assisted a motorist at C.R. 44C and C.R. 129.
11:52 p.m. A disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Nancy Crawford Boulevard in Oak Creek, where a woman was yelling at her neighbor. Sheriff's Office deputies gave a warning.
