graduate designation

Realtor Suzie Hawkins of Steamboat Springs has earned the Graduate Realtor Institute designation, according to a news release. She attended a minimum of 90 hours of classroom instruction.

The institute is designed to educate practitioners about local, state and national real estate practices that affect them, their clients and customers. Hawkins' designation indicates she has obtained a professional educational foundation on which to base the services she provides and that she is a member of the National Association of Realtors, according to the release.

Local attorney and Steamboat Springs Municipal Judge Paul Sachs, of Paul Sachs PC, has been appointed by the president of the Colorado Bar Association to a three-year term on The Colorado Lawyer Board of Editors, according to a news release.

The Colorado Lawyer is the official publication of the Colorado Bar Association, and its mission is to provide an informational and educational resource to improve the practice of law. The Board of Editors under the Board of Governors and Executive Council of the Colorado Bar Association manages the business and affairs of The Colorado Lawyer.
