12:17 a.m. Police performed a welfare check on a suicidal man in Steamboat Springs. The man was transported to the hospital on a mental health hold.
1:13 a.m. A noise complaint was received from the 3300 block of Village Drive, where loud music was playing. Police gave a warning.
1:16 a.m. A noise complaint was received from the 700 block of Yampa Street, where people were yelling in an alley. Everyone was gone when police arrived.
6:12 a.m. A disturbance was reported in the 28500 block of Valley View Road, where a fired employee was angry with their former employer and refusing to leave. After the parties calmed down, they agreed to separate. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies took a report.
6:17 a.m. A vehicle complaint was received from Elk River Road and Downhill Drive, where an abandoned vehicle was blocking traffic. The vehicle was towed.
10:46 a.m. A vehicle complaint was received from Seventh and Yampa streets, where a construction vehicle was in a handicapped parking space. The vehicle had been moved when police arrived.
11:54 a.m. A possibly suicidal person was reported in Steamboat Springs. Everything was fine.
12:40 p.m. A boy was reportedly shooting a BB gun in Heritage Park. The boy was gone when Sheriff's Office deputies arrived.
1:05 p.m. A vehicle complaint was received from the 1800 block of Central Park Drive, where a truck was blocking traffic. The truck already had been moved when police arrived.
2:01 p.m. A two-vehicle, hit-and-run accident was reported in the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue, where a parked pickup truck was struck by heavy construction equipment heading eastbound. The pickup sustained serious damage. Police are investigating.
3:25 p.m. A fire alarm went off in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle. Everything was fine.
4:26 p.m. A road rage incident was reported from the 2500 block of Lincoln Avenue, where two drivers got into a verbal and physical altercation. Neither driver wished to press charges. Police gave a warning.
4:57 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported at Lincoln Avenue and Fifth Street. Police took a report.
5:27 p.m. Sheriff's Office deputies assisted a motorist near mile marker 115 on U.S. Highway 40.
7:05 p.m. A burglar alarm went off in the 1100 block of South Lincoln Avenue. Everything was fine.
7:57 p.m. An ambulance was requested in Steamboat Springs, where a 37-year-old woman fainted. The woman was transported to the hospital.
8:26 p.m. Coal was reported spilled on the road in the 29500 block of C.R. 27. The road was cleared.
8:31 p.m. An animal complaint was received from the 3200 block of Aspen Wood Drive, where a bear entered a garage, dragged a trashcan into the yard and began eating the refuse. Police encouraged the bear to move along with the aid of a few beanbag rounds.
8:46 p.m. A dog at large was reported in the 2000 block of Curve Plaza. The animal was taken to the shelter.
9:22 p.m. Police performed a welfare check on an intoxicated man in the 400 block of Hilltop Parkway. The man was transported to the hospital for detox.
9:51 p.m. A woman reported her husband missing in Routt County. The man had called his wife and told her he was disoriented and unsure where he was driving, possibly due to a bad reaction to medication. Sheriff's Office deputies located the man on Colorado Highway 131.
10:40 p.m. A noise complaint was received from the 600 block of North Park Avenue. Police gave a warning.
