The guy with the towel over his face forgot what he was doing, and he was trying to do a self-waterboard torture to get the information out of himself. I thought that should be obvious.

Good morning everyone, the week is almost over, and the weekend is upon us. What a frantic day of events in the area. Illegal dumping was reported in a dumpster; well I'd say it is better than dumping the trash on the street or road, right? Also, a 'suspicious man' was reported in his truck with a towel over his face, waiting for a friend. I will finally say that is suspicious, and warranted a call, maybe the man was hiding his face because maybe he had bruises from a fight, or he was promoting for a towel company! Either way I'm sure his friend was surprised nonetheless! In other major news, more vandalism is occurring. I am very disturbed by this, and more readers need to sound off on this. We can't let this continue to happen. Also, 2 horses were reported on the loose, and of course the animals were gone by the time the authorities arrived. Remember, horses can outrun people, so this is no surprise. At least they weren't caught and arrested, which should have happened if the bear had been caught later this same day.

Maybe the man's face was like Freddie Krueger, or Jason, or the character from "I know what you did last summer"? Or maybe he was half man, half horse!
