all you folks who think we are immune to the ROW (rest of the world) are in for a rude awakening. better sell your house now , cause when the rush to the exits comes, it will be a crowded trade. wanna bet Jim Cook's sweating a little right now? why hasnt anything been started on his demolished trailer court project yet? financing hard to come by these days? interest waning? ask your local realtor about the number of listings to homes sold ratio, that will tell you a lot about our market. have fun with those measly government checks. $160 billion added to our national deficit. better buy something for your kids because they are the ones who will be paying for it.
