1:07 a.m. A suspicious incident was reported in the 1000 block of Central Park Drive, where two people were smoking something inside a parked vehicle. Police said everything was fine.
4:24 a.m. A noise complaint was received from the 2200 block of Storm Meadows Drive. An ambulance was requested for an intoxicated 19-year-old male, but he refused treatment.
4:31 a.m. A shelter collapsed in the 41900 block of Routt County Road 44, trapping a horse. Heavy equipment was needed to free the animal. The horse was fine.
7:30 a.m. A one-vehicle rollover accident was reported near mile marker 8 on C.R. 14. There were no injuries. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies took a report.
8:13 a.m. A one-vehicle rollover accident was reported near mile marker 117 on U.S. 40. Parties were briefly trapped in the vehicle, but there were no injuries.
8:20 a.m. A one-vehicle rollover accident was reported near mile marker 114 on U.S. 40, blocking the westbound lane of traffic. An elderly woman with a sprained wrist and difficulty breathing refused treatment.
8:39 a.m. Vandalism was reported in a bike path tunnel near the 900 block of Yampa Street. Police took a report.
9:32 a.m. A burglar alarm went off in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive. Everything was fine.
9:38 a.m. A structure fire was reported in the 37700 block of C.R. 33. The flames were confined to the house's garage. No one was injured.
10 a.m. Trespassing was reported in the 39700 block of C.R. 44, where construction vehicles parked on the wrong property refused to leave.
10:07 a.m. Theft of an iPod and a purse from two different units was reported in the 2300 block of AprÃs Ski Way. Police took a report.
10:50 a.m. A 17-year-old girl was issued a minor in possession citation on East Maple Street.
11:30 a.m. An animal complaint was received from the 400 block of River View Drive in Hayden, where a sick cat was refusing to leave the back porch of a residence. The animal was taken to the vet.
2:20 p.m. A reckless driver was reported heading eastbound on U.S. 40 near Hayden, where a man was repeatedly passing in a no-passing zone, forcing oncoming traffic onto the shoulder. Sheriff's Office deputies were unable to locate the vehicle.
3:09 p.m. Theft of tires was reported in the 2300 block of County Shop Road. Police took a report.
4:20 p.m. Theft of a purse was reported in the 39500 block of C.R. 33.
4:30 p.m. A suspicious person was reported in the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue, where a man had been spotted two days in a row peering into parked vehicles. Police took a report.
7:13 p.m. A Lakewood woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant during a traffic stop at U.S. 40 and Dream Island Plaza.
