Local business manager profiled in magazine
Kasey Anderson of Walton Pond Mini Storage in Steamboat Springs was profiled in the March/April issue of national trade magazine Self-Storage Now! A Management Tool for Self-Storage Professionals.
According to the article, Anderson "manages 135,000 square feet of storage as well as a container and mobile storage business in the vicinity. In addition, she directs maintenance, the purchasing of retail products, and mobile container and mobile trailer rental. Anderson's supervisors say two of the amazing things about her are her ability to multi-task and the way she remembers every customer."
Anderson came to the storage facility in 2004, according to the article, and increased occupancy rates from 80 percent to 90 percent.
