The fifth annual Penguin Plunge is seeking plungers and sponsors for the March 29 fundraiser sponsored by the Healthcare Foundation for the Yampa Valley. The cold-water plunge will raise funds to purchase a high-tech monitor for the benefit of patients in Yampa Valley Medical Center's emergency department and intensive care unit.

Penguins are asked to raise a minimum of $100 and may either form a team or be assigned to an existing team. Business sponsors are welcome.

All donations to the non-profit, non-tax-supported Yampa Valley Medical Center and its foundation are tax-deductible. For a Penguin Plunge information packet, contact the foundation at 871-0700 or e-mail penguinplunge@yvmc.org.
