Barbara Gallagher: Thanks for story

Thank you for running the story about the Sunshine Kids foundation and the kids who attended Steamboat Springs this past week. My son Dennis attended this trip, he was the oldest in attendance at age 20. Dennis was diagnosed last March with a germ cell tumor in his brain, and has been cancer-free since Sept. 22, 2007. Dennis enjoyed this past week very much and was fortunate to have a great ski instructor/guide named John. Because Dennis was an avid snowboarder, John was able to take Dennis solo throughout the entire mountain, including the double black diamonds. He would never be able to experience a great trip like this if it wasn't for the Sunshine Kids foundation.
