1:45 a.m. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a Steamboat Springs woman who said she heard a child calling for his mother outside her house. Sheriff's Office officials said the call was unfounded.
2:02 a.m. Colorado State Patrol troopers arrested a 23-year-old man on suspicion of DUI, DUI per se and driving with obstructed vision.
2:05 a.m. A police officer was requested at Sixth Street and Lincoln Avenue.
5:31 a.m. Steamboat Springs police responded to a request for a welfare check in the 700 block of Walton Pond Circle.
6:32 a.m. A man requested a police officer in the 800 block of Yampa Street.
8:55 a.m. A man reported a suspicious incident in the 500 block of S. Lincoln Avenue.
10:22 a.m. A man reported vandalism in the 2400 block of Pine Grove Road. Police said everything was OK.
11:44 a.m. A woman reported a dog bite in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza. Police took a report.
11:53 a.m. A man requested an officer in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle. Police took a report of a stolen wallet.
12:24 p.m. Sheriff's deputies responded to an accident between a skier and a snowboarder on Mount Werner. A Sheriff's Office deputy said an ambulance was requested but did not know of any injuries.
3:32 p.m. A man reported illegal dumping or littering on Routt County Road 25. He told the Sheriff's Office he thought someone was dumping dresser drawers into a ditch.
5:07 p.m. Police responded to a report that juveniles were throwing snowballs in Steamboat Springs. The youths were gone when officers arrived.
7:23 p.m. A man reported a stolen DVD player from the 1000 block of Central Park Drive.
10:45 p.m. Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the Chuck Lewis Wildlife Area after hours. Officers gave a verbal warning to the people in the car and told them to leave.
10:55 p.m. A man reported a suspicious vehicle in the 800 block of The Boulevard.
