12:17 a.m. A drunken pedestrian was reported at Lincoln Avenue and Seventh Street, where a man was urinating in public. Police gave a warning.

1:05 a.m. An overdue aircraft was reported at the Steamboat Springs Airport. The plane was located on the ground.

2:09 a.m. A one-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported at Crawford Avenue and Pahwintah Street, where an intoxicated juvenile drove a pickup into a rock.

3 a.m. Threats were reported in Steamboat Springs, where a person received a death threat via phone. Everything was fine.

7:43 a.m. A vehicle struck a pedestrian at Fifth Street and Lincoln Avenue. There were no injuries. Police took a report.

7:58 a.m. An illegally parked vehicle was towed from Old Fish Creek Falls Road.

8:36 a.m. An illegally parked vehicle was towed from the 3300 block of Columbine Drive.

9:54 a.m. Vandalism was reported in the 3000 block of Laurel Lane, where a person damaged their roommate's possessions. Police took a report.

3:14 p.m. A disturbance was reported in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive, where a woman became irate at a driver going the wrong direction in a parking lot.

4:06 p.m. Theft of a bicycle was reported in the 700 block of Yampa Street. Police took a report.

4:52 p.m. Fraud was reported in the 800 block of Pahwintah Street, where someone had gained illegal access to a checking account. Police took a report.

5:17 p.m. A reckless driver was reported at U.S. Highway 40 and Routt County Road 27 in Hayden. Law enforcement officials were unable to locate the vehicle.

5:34 p.m. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies assisted a motorist near mile marker 8 on Routt County Road 27.

5:39 p.m. A small brushfire was reported in the 29700 block of Oak Leaf Way, where a downed power line caught a patch of grass on fire. Residents were able to control the fire until Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue arrived.

5:58 p.m. A 5-year-old girl unable to find her parents was reported in the 700 block of Yampa Street. Her parents were located nearby.

8:13 p.m. A fight in progress was reported at Howelsen Hill. Police took a report.

9:28 p.m. Trespassing was reported in the 600 block of Yampa Street, where bicycles were parked on private property. Police took a report.

9:46 p.m. An ambulance was requested in Steamboat Springs for an intoxicated juvenile. Police issued a citation.

11:24 p.m. A 20-year-old Delta man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, speeding and minor in possession during a traffic stop at Lincoln Avenue and 10th Street.

11:38 p.m. A 25-year-old Denver woman was arrested during a traffic stop in the 61100 block of C.R. 129 near Steamboat Lake, on suspicion of driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and other traffic charges.

11:59 p.m. A drunken pedestrian was reported in the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue. One person was taken to detox.

Hopefully something will be done to prevent him from doing serious bodily harm to the protected party.Let's not have a repeat of the couple from Yampa a couple months ago.

Domestic violence, DUI's, DWAI's...seems like someone has to be really hurt (or a death results) before anything is done to the offenders.
