I like this one. ( It was not in the blotter butttt) Early Tuesday morning 3am or so there was a man that was beat up by his son (the father just had stomach surgery) his stitches were ripped out & had several other injuries. The EMT'S could not treat this man until the scene was secure. The SO & CSP units were at least 20+ minutes out of town & the chief said it would take him at least 15 minutes to respond. HE LIVES MAYBE 3 BLOCKS FROM WHERE THIS HAPPEN. It wouldn't have even taken that long to walk there. Someone on that board needs to open their EYES.

no one eye tom I knew exactly why it did not match. I had already read the other post and was wondering what was said that made some one mad. When you are removed as a posted, often you don't even know it!

The only thing I can see that may have been an issue (other than saying ANYTHING against our illustrious OCPD) was using CAPS. Maybe they take up to much blog space......lol.

It says 40 comments now and I count 14. No comments were made before 2:29PM according to this. I noticed no comments were posted for many days previous to today. Maybe it's a computer virus. While I'm here, I've noticed that the majority of animal at large complaints are "the animals are gone" when the police etc arrive. Does anyone know what it cost to respond to these reported animals during our recession where Steamboat is going broke according to what I read. Not to mention that a patrol vehicle is being tied up while real crimes are being committed. Is it possible the criminals know this and are the ones making the animal at large complaints? Or is it more important to catch these law breaking animals than protecting our citizens.
